Additional Property Attributes

The site is improved with a two (2) story concrete masonry unit structure that is currently utilized as an office building. o The interior rooms are separated by drywall. Flooring is predominantly carpeted with tiling in bathrooms. Floor drains are present in bathrooms and janitor's closets. No boiler systems were present onsite. The areas to the southwest and south of the office building are paved and serve as a parking lot. o A pad-mounted transformer and evidence of a former pad-mounted transformer are present along the office building's northeastern exterior. What appear to be cut-off piping and a former concrete pad for the former pad-mounted transformer are present adjacent to the active pad-mounted transformer. No evidence of releases were observed in connection with the cut-off piping or concrete pad. No placards denoting the presence/absence of PCBs were present on the units, but the units appeared to be in good condition. There were no RECs on the property. All RECs were from off-property sources. During the EM/GPR investigation, no anomalies were found in the area to the northeast of the office building, an area of concern for a potential former heating oil UST. Additionally, no vent piping or fill ports were observed on the site. Two (2) anomalies were detected in the area to the northwest of the onsite building. Neither anomaly featured the anticipated geometric shape for a UST. The area closest to building appeared to feature a read-out consistent with a buried debris field. The area closest to Hampton St. appeared to feature a competent buried object with indeterminable function, but did not feature the anticipated geometric shape for a UST. conducting invasive investigation of the two anomalies will ascertain their composition
