Additional Property Attributes

Two (2) former tennis courts, one (1) additional paved court, and a community garden are present in the central portion of the site. The northern half of the northern parcel is cleared and contains one (1) small storage shed. The southernmost parcel contains two (2) former water treatment ASTs that were likely associated with a former municipal swimming pool onsite. Additionally, the southernmost parcel contains what appears to be a concrete secondary containment feature with disconnected PVC piping. De minimis waste is present throughout the southern parcel, which is largely overgrown with vegetation. No RECs were found on the property.
