Additional Property Attributes

Conway County Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC) requested and received a Targeted Brownfield Assessment for the property in 2018. Access was never fully granted for the site, therefore the Phase I ESA could not meet ASTM standards. The property was previously operated as a cotton mill from 1948 until October 19, 1984 at which time the business ceased operation and was marketed for sale. CCEDC planned to make an offer to purchase the property to be developed and marketed as a certified industrial "Select Site" with direct rail access.
