Additional Property Attributes

The property is developed with a single structure totaling approximately 3,000 square feet of floor space. There are two canopy areas over the former petroleum dispenser islands, and a concrete block corral for solid waste dumpsters. Additionally, there are several temporary structures located on the site which include an ice vending machine, a food truck/trailer, and a small wooden structure that had been used as part of the propane vending systems formerly located at the site. The site has tow large underground gasoline storage tanks in place and a small underground diesel storage tank. The property has operated as a petroleum filling station since the 1950s. It is listed in the environmental database as a leaking underground storage tank site, and the underground storage tank systems including dispenser piping are still in place.
