Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently improved with an approximately 2,310-square foot, single-story automotive repair facility (the ?Site building?). The Site building is constructed with cinderblock walls and includes a garage bay along the west central edge of the building. Remaining portions of the Site are improved with an asphalt-paved parking lot located on the west side of the Site, limited sidewalks located on the north and south edges of the Site, and a chain link fence surrounding the parking lot and entrance gate. Since at least 1885, the Site was developed as a portion of a shoe factory and surrounded mainly by shoe and boot factories. By 1889, the Site was redeveloped into the central portion of a saw and planning mill. By 1909, occupation of the Site had changed to leather processing. From at least 1950, the Site was used for commercial purposes. By 1987, the Site was occupied by an automotive repair operation and has been since that time. The site will be developed as mixed residential/commercial use.
