Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently developed with an asphalt-paved parking lot. Access to the lot is provided by two entranceways along Main and L Streets. Concrete sidewalks, trending north to south, are located along the east and west sides of the Site. The Site was initially developed for residential purposes as early as 1885. Sometime between 1909 and 1950, the dwelling was razed, and the Site was redeveloped with a single structure, encompassing the entire Site. The structure was a theater and was located on the western half of the Site, with an entrance on the eastern half of the Site accessible via a hallway along the southern edge of the Site. The northeast portion of the Site was occupied by commercial tenants. By 1985, the Site building was razed, and the Site was redeveloped as the existing present-day parking lot. The site will be developed as infill development/mixed use.
