Former elementary school constructed in 1956 and closed in 2010s. Once used as Camelot Therapeutic Day School. Currently vacant. 2-story brick building with paved parking areas and a playground. Two natural gas-fueled boiler on-site per a 1972 registration form. Boilers potentially could have burned coal or heating oil prior to 1972. VDEQ files indicate open burning of trash occurred on-site; ceased in 1974. Property is proposed to be turned into an apartment building with an additional new apartment building to be constructed on the property. RECs included ACM and LBP on-site.
