Additional Property Attributes

The property is comprised of two lots: a northern approximately 2.09-acre rectangular lot (lot 2) and a southern approximately 2.16-acre rectangular lot (lot 3). The property is vacant and grassy, and both lots have two gravel driveways. A low area traversing north to south through the property acts as a drainage ditch and aids in the conveyance of storm water off the site. The site is located in a commercial area in north Cleveland, Mississippi.
