Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is located between Memorial Drive and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard in a generally mixed commercial and residential areas east of downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Historically, the Subject Site consisted of single-family residential properties until the commercial buildings were constructed starting in the 1940s. Operations performed on the Subject Property consisted of an assembly of automotive repair, filling station, and retail stores. Since then, the Subject Site has contained three commercial facilities and one dilapidated residential structure.
Phase II ESA identified minor groundwater impacts, which were requested to be reported to GAEPD; however, no cleanup is necessary.
Site is going to be redeveloped into a greenway.
