Additional Property Attributes

Lot No. 704 is located at #704 Argentina St, Barrio Obrero Marina community within the Ca�o Mart�Pe�a Special Planning District in the Municipality of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Lot 704 is a vacant parcel covering in total an area of approximately 119.00 m� (0.030 acres). The Subject Site's grading is relatively flat and is situated in an area surrounded mostly by residential properties. Based upon the site reconnaissance observations, Lot 704 presently consists of a vacant parcel in bare-ground conditions. No building or improvements were observed at the site. The parcel is bounded on the north by a residential property; on the south by Lot 704-A; on the east by the Argentina Street and across a residential property; and on the west by a residential property. At the time the lot is vacant and not in use but is projected for future residential use. At the time of the site reconnaissance, a visual inspection of the adjoining properties from the subject site's property limits was conducted. Based upon the consultant's site observations no evident accumulations, releases, threat of releases of hazardous or petroleum products were observed at the adjoining properties boundaries that could represent an environmental concern for Lot 704. The past use is unknown.
