Additional Property Attributes

Lot 704-A is located at #704-A Argentina St, Barrio Obrero Marina within the Ca�o Mart�Pe�a Special Planning District. The parcel is bounded on the north by Lot 704; on the south by a residential property; on the east by the Argentina St. and across a residential property; and on the west by a residential property. Based upon the site reconnaissance observations, the property presently consists of a vacant parcel in bare-ground conditions. No building or improvements were observed at the site. The historical records available to the consultant that conducted the Phase I indicate that Lot 704-A has apparently always been undeveloped and maybe used by neighbors as a parking area. Based upon the information provided by a representative of the Fideicomiso de la Tierra del Ca�o Mart�Pe�a, current owner, Lot 704 could have been used for residential purposes. However, it has been vacant for a very long time. Based upon the information provided and understanding of the area and surroundings, it does not appear that environmental sensitive operations such as a gasoline station, auto repair or maintenance activities, industrial manufacturing, electroplating, metal finishing or dry-cleaning activities have been conducted at the site.
