Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site is located at the 2055 Corta Street within the Barrio Obrero Oeste community of the Ca�o Mart�Pe�a Special Planning District in the San Juan Municipality in Puerto Rico. The Subject Property is located in a vacant parcel covering in total an area of approximately 243.35 m� (0.062 "cuerdas"). The Subject Site's grading is relatively flat. The parcel is bounded on the north by a school; on the west by a vacant lot; on the south by the Corta Street and across a residential property; and on the east by the Street No.10 and across a residential property. Based upon the site reconnaissance observations, the Subject Property presently consists of a vacant parcel in bare-ground conditions. No building or improvements were observed at the Subject Site. At the time of the site visit, the parcel was vacant and not being used. The historical records available indicate that the Subject Site was initially developed prior to 1936 and was always used for residential purposes until it was demolished. After being demolished, the vacant lot has not had any specific use. Based upon the information provided and understanding of the area and surroundings, it does not appear that environmental sensitive operations such as a gasoline station, auto repair or maintenance activities, industrial manufacturing, electroplating, metal finishing or dry-cleaning activities have been conducted at the Subject Site.
