Additional Property Attributes

Lot 717 is located in a paved parcel covering in total an area of approximately 119.42 m� (0.030 "cuerdas"). The grading is relatively flat. It is situated in an area surrounded mostly by residential properties. Based upon the site reconnaissance observations, the Subject Property presently consists of a paved parcel being used to staged vehicles and a carport. No building or improvements were observed at the Subject Site. The parcel is bounded on the north by a residential property; on the south by a residential property; on the west by the Argentina Street and across a residential property; and on the east by a residential property. At the time of the site visit, the parcel was vacant and being used to staged vehicles and carport by others.
