Additional Property Attributes

Lot No. 708 is located in a vacant parcel covering in total an area of approximately 135.91 m� (0.035 acres), its grading is relatively flat. The Site is situated in an area surrounded mostly by residential properties. Based upon the site reconnaissance observations, the Site presently consists of a vacant parcel in bare-ground conditions. No building or improvements were observed at the Site. The parcel is bounded on the north by a residential property; on the south by a residential property; on the east by the Street No.7 and across a residential property; and on the west by a residential property. At the time of the site visit, the parcel was vacant and not being used.
