Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of two parcels (Assessor Parcel Numbers 02-1368-0000 and 02-1370-0000) totaling approximately 1.06 acres of land developed with a one-story, 7,282 square-foot building constructed in 1972. Since 2010, the Property has been used by a ServiceMaster Clean business for offices and a warehouse/garage for storage of commercial and household cleaning chemicals (small quantities), supplies, drying equipment, and service vans. ServiceMaster Clean is a national residential and commercial cleaning company with over 500 locations throughout the US. The Property has been owned by JNR Brothers, LLC since 2019. The Property is bounded to the north by a roadway (East 400 South) followed by a vacant property and then a railroad easement; to the east by another roadway (South 400 East) followed by a railroad-right of way; to the south by Alloyed Solutions (a steel fabrication business); and to the west by Eastern Utah Self Storage. The Property is zoned commercial.
