Additional Property Attributes

Historical research indicates the Site was maintained as undeveloped marsh land and surrounded by commercial and industrial properties. Test pits and soil borings indicate the Site was heavily filled with construction waste and other debris (brick fragments, concrete, ash, wood, rubber, porcelain, and glass etc.) over a majority of the property to a depth of approximately 15 feet. Amosite asbestos material was positively identified in one test pit Most recently the site was utilized as a lay-down and storage area for steel products. The property has been redeveloped into the 76ers Field House. Which is used as an athletic and entertainment venue.
