Additional Property Attributes

The Property comprises an approximate 1.75-acre portion of Kitsap County parcel number 052702-1-001-
2005 that is held by the U.S. Department of Interior in trust for PGST. The Property is a clearing within a
wooded area along a logging road off NE Bud Purser Lane that is used without authorization as an
outdoor shooting range by the public. The shooting range consists of an approximate 100-foot-long firing
range and an approximate 15-foot-long by 8-foot-wide by 6-foot-tall dirt impact berm that are the subject
of this investigation. It is unknown how long the shooting range has been active at the Property. The
Property also contains stockpiles of a foundation from a demolished house and brush from the cleared
site by PGST, but they are not subject to this investigation as requested by PGST.
