Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of 3 acres on the north side of Pearl Street in Enosburg Falls, Vermont. The parcel was created in 1956-1957 via subdivision from a larger homestead parcel. The property deed references it being a meadow at the time. The State acquired the property in 1957 and the deed references land to be used for construction of an armory. The building was used by the Vermont Military Department as an armory starting in 1959. The property was vacated in 2020.
