Additional Property Attributes

Inspection of the building found asbestos containing floor tile in a box within the building. Contractor observed soil piles in basement that contained lead on further lab analysis.

Former Use: Seven thousand square foot building utilized in past as drug store, grocery store, mortuary, brothel, hotel 6-16-08 Two story brick building used as antique store. Possible contaminants include lead based paint and asbestos.
