Additional Property Attributes

The site was initially developed some time prior to 1939 and was used for residential and commercial purposes. By the early 1950s the site appeared to be developed as a gas station and repair garage. The gas station remained active until the mid-1990s. The current owner purchased the property in 2013 and converted the building into a residence and a restaurant. The owner plans to sell the property in the future.
