Additional Property Attributes

The Site historically operated as an automobile filling station from at least 1940 through approximately 1959. Further, the 1951 Sanborn Map depicted four USTs at the Site; three to the southwest of the Site building and one to the southeast of the building.

The results of the geophysical study indicate that two potential orphan USTs exist in the central portion of the paved parking area south of the entrance to the Site building. A third potential UST is present on the east side of the building;
* Based on the results of the soil analysis, concentrations of TPH GRO, benzene, total xylenes, 1,2,4-TMB, and naphthalene were identified proximate to the identified suspected USTs, but all detected concentrations were below their respective BUSTR Closure Action Levels; and,
* Based on the results of the groundwater analysis, benzene was detected in the groundwater sample collected from TW-1 at a concentration exceeding the BUSTR Drinking Water Action Level. All other detected constituents were below their respective BUSTR Drinking Water Action Levels.

Site is currently for sale.
