Additional Property Attributes

The 3.7-acre site is developed with a 7,500 square foot church building (Holy Trinity Lutheran Church) and associated parking areas. A wireless communication facility is also located onsite. The remainder of the site is undeveloped. The site appeared to be undeveloped and vacant from at least 1936 to 1956. By 1969, one building was constructed centrally on the site. The southern parking area was paved with asphalt by 1992, and the western and northern parking areas were paved with asphalt by 2003. A wireless communication facility located northeast of the building was permitted in 2008 and was visible on aerial photographs by 2010. The site operated as Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at the time of the site visit in 2021 and historical records indicated past uses were as a church. The planned future use of the site is an elementary and secondary school, which is considered a sensitive receptor site.
