Property Highlights

The property served as a care facility from 1965-1998. St. Paul's United Church of Christ took ownership of the property to demolish the structure and redevelop the site into green space and parking for the church grounds. All asbestos was properly removed and disposed of before any demolition work began. Building demolition was completed in the summer of 2021, and the property was converted into greenspace seeded with wildflowers and additional parking space for the church.
