Additional Property Attributes

The target property is bordered on the north by Vaughn Road and on the south by a rail spur. Commercial development surrounds the target property. Immediately adjacent businesses include the former Tri-County Mechanical (HVAC business) to the northeast, an auto repair and junk vehicles business to the east, Great Falls Redi-Mix concrete plant to the southeast, a stockpiling area for Great Falls Redi-Mix to the south, a former fueling area and FedEx building to the west (former Such Group International), and a row of business plus one residence across Vaughn Road to the north. Businesses in the immediate vicinity of the target property. During visual survey of adjacent properties on May 13,2021, QEP observed two out-of-use fuel dispensers on adjacent property to the west. Sampling building materials and sediment in a storm water infiltration structure.
