Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was unoccupied at the time of the EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant activities and was most recently utilized by the City of Waycross Building Maintenance Department. Recognized Environmental Conditions identified in the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report include onsite and offsite underground storage tanks (USTs), damaged transformers, and floor drain pits. No soil or groundwater sampling was conducted under the EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant. An Asbestos-Containing Materials Survey identified asbestos in building materials on the subject property.
