Additional Property Attributes

The City of Orem has purchased 4.1 acres of land at 400 South and 400 West. A new 10 million gallon buried water tank is currently being designed. Also, an above ground pump station and water well will be constructed on this property. These new infrastructure improvements will provide much needed enhancements to the city's water system. Features of the Heritage Park Tank site include a trail around the perimeter of the structure and a walking path inside the perimeter. The location is augmented with decorative gravel and a spot reserved for the potential location of a Historic Cabin. Housing for the pump station and the City Well that will service the 10 million gallon buried tank will be located along 400 South and close to 400 West; both structures will feature an architectural that reflects the Heritage of the City of Orem. The previous uses for the site include an orchard and agricultural functions. More project information is available here: www.oremtank.org
