The subject property is located at 203 Center Avenue in Morrill, Nebraska, immediately north of the northeast corner of the intersection of Center Ave. and Webster Street (Hwy 26). The subject property is located near the south-central side of Morrill. The property is located in the main business/commercial area of Morrill with a residential area to the northeast. There are no streams, ponds, lakes, etc. on or in the immediate vicinity of the property. The subject property consists of a 7,000ft2 lot (as indicated on the Scotts Bluff County Assessor website). The building onsite occupies the majority of the subject property parcel. Known past uses of the property include an auction house (Sugar Valley Auction), theater, a lodge (Oasis Lodge), and post office.
