The Kansas Department of Health and Environment received a Brownfields application from the City of Inman for their property located at 0000 Cherokee Rd. in Inman, KS. They requested a Phase I BTA for Inman South Trust BTA project. The application was approved on October 29, 2018

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) completed a Phase I Brownfields Targeted Assessment (BTA) at the above referenced property in Inman, Kansas. Based on the Phase I report, no "Recognized Environmental Conditions" (RECs) were identified at the property. No further investigation is needed through the Brownfields Program and the property is cleared for redevelopment.
