Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of one parcel (Parcel ID No. 92-034-5250) totaling 40 acres containing multiple structures associated with a historical scrapping operation on the southwestern portion and a leased
residential dwelling on the southeastern portion. The Property was developed with a farmstead and agricultural cropland on the southwestern portion by at least 1939. A salvage yard then operated on
the southwestern portion of the Property from the 1950s or 1960s until the 2000s or 2010s. Past operations included burning tires and waste such as plastic-coated wires for metal, as well as dumping out oil from electrical transformers which likely contained polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). The southwestern portion of the Property continued to be used for residential purposes until the mid-2010s when it became unoccupied.
