Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of two adjoining parcels of land that cover 24.1 acres. The Property was originally developed in the 1940s as a sawmill and lumberyard with various buildings constructed over the years on the north and east portion of the Property. A railroad spur accessing the north portion of the Property from the adjoining railroad track bordering the Property to the north was present from the 1940s to approximately the 1990s. The Property operated as a sawmill and lumberyard until 2019. Since then, the Property has been vacant and unused. Several buildings, scattered debris piles, and a large sawdust pile approximately 250 feet in diameter remain at the Property.
