Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of one parcel (Parcel ID No. 06-315-0720) totaling 1.14 acres of an unpaved parking lot with a billboard on the northern portion. The Property was part of a historical lumber yard and was developed by at least 1885 with a steam dry kiln and associated tram tracks, platforms, and lumber storage. The kiln was demolished by 1892 with lath and shingle, box board, or lumber piles periodically present on the Property throughout the early 20th century. The Property was then developed with the current unpaved parking lot in the 1960s or 1970s with a billboard constructed on the northern portion between 1991 and 2006. The surrounding land use is generally listed as Commercial Preferred to the north, east, and south with Municipal - All Other to the west of the Property. Residential areas are approximately 200 feet to the southeast with the St. Louis River approximately 0.2 mile north of the Property.
