Property Highlights

According to Site interviews and available records, the Site appears to have been developed prior to 1907 with a dwelling (fire insurance map review). Based on city directory listings, the Site was occupied by a residence as early as 1925 (based on a physical address of 535 West Yellowstone Highway); however, review of aerial photos indicates that this physical address is likely associated with the northern adjacent property. Aerial photos indicate that the parcel, which is currently vacant and undeveloped, was developed with what appears to be trailers, in 1954, but were removed and the Site was vacant again by 1960 through present.
