Additional Property Attributes

Two vacant, dilapidated residences occupy the property. The Benkelman Community Redevelopment Authority would like to demolish the broken-down homes in order to construct new homes to meet the need for new workforce housing. Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) were identified in both homes. All ACM has been properly removed and disposed of, and the property is now ready for redevelopment.
