Additional Property Attributes

The southwest corner of this site housed a gas station, with three tanks, during the 1930s. By the 1950s or 60s, the current onsite building occupied that The building operated as a grocery store until the mid-1980s, when it was vacated.

The RECs for the site consist of the historic use of a filling station in the southwest corner of the site and the historic presence of two underground storage tanks located on the south adjacent property. The Phase I report recommends a Phase II investigation be conducted. In addition, given the age of the onsite building, asbestos and lead-based paint are likely present.
