Additional Property Attributes

Fashions R Boutique's inventory was burned along with the building during the civil unrest that occurred in November 2014. Since then, because of perceived contamination, in addition to other market factors, neither the current owner or developers have moved forward in developing the site. Anticipated future use is commercial redevelopment to serve the high-traffic West Florissant Corridor in Dellwood. Funding sources will be explored. Previous investigations on similar properties have found lead-based paint, asbestos, acetone, petroleum hydrocarbons, and other contaminants.

Site was used historically for auto service/machine shop operations on site.
