Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently vacant but historically served as a printing service company. Several historic auto repair shops and fuel stations with underground storage tanks were identified upgradient and within close proximity to the property. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is recommended to assess if underlying groundwater and soil vapors are impacting the property. Lead-based paint (LBP) was identified on the loft stairs and from the backdoor exterior. If future renovations will damage LBP surfaces, all LBP should be properly abated or encapsulated. Total fungi in an air sample collected from the printing press area was determined to be elevated. Any leaks should be repaired and any water damaged building materials should be replaced.
