Additional Property Attributes

The site is a former golf course that was vacated in 2008. A previous Phase II identified arsenic, herbicide, mercury, and fertilizer impact from past ground keeping activities. A 2016 Phase I recommended further delineation of the Phase II findings.

Lead and arsenic were found in surface soils above residential target levels as a result of pesticide and chemical spraying related to golf course operations. The site enrolled in the Brownfields/Voluntary Cleanup Program in September of 2018 and received a Certificate of Completion for unrestricted use in April of 2019. Contaminated soils were removed an disposed of off-site.
