Additional Property Attributes

The past used of the property have primarily been residential, while adjacent properties have been used for industrial purposes. The planned future uses are for multi-family residential development.
The Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation has applied for a South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control Non-Responsible Part Voluntary Cleanup Contract on this property and are awaiting the final draft of the contract to be completed by SCDHEC.
