Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently occupied as a storage facility. The site property is terraced with the storage unit buildings located uphill from the lower portions of the site along N Geneva Road. An access driveway
from N Geneva Road slopes uphill to the buildings. Four buildings are located onsite: one central office and storage building, one L-shaped storage building and two adjoining storage buildings are located along the northeast, east and southeastern property boundaries, respectively. Piles of tires, various metal parts, cars, trailers and other items are seen scattered throughout the site. Piles of tires, various automotive parts and cars are scattered throughout the site.
One 55-gallon steel drum is located on the concrete pad near an abandoned car. Another 55-gallon steel drum is located with other items outside of storage unit #22 in the northeast corner of the site. This
drum is located on the gravel lot. Both drums were closed, unlabeled and assumed to contain liquid
materials. No staining on the surfaces was noted around these areas. The tenant of rental unit #51 reportedly performs small engine maintenance within that storage unit. This unit was locked and not able to be inspected during site reconnaissance. No staining on the surfaces was noted around these areas. No other evidence or reports of the use or generation of hazardous materials and/or substances was observed or is suspected.
Rocky River Leasing, LLC has owned the property since September 1997.
