Additional Property Attributes

The site is a former hotel that has been unoccupied for the past several years. Anticipated re-use is to restore the space to an operating hotel. The initial construction date ranges between 1911-1920, with an addition added in the late 1930s or early 1940s. A previous asbestos-containing (ACM) material inspection identified materials throughout the building primarily in the form of tile and various forms of thermal insulation. The building is in poor condition due to disuse. Degraded lead-based paint (LBP) is also presumed to be present throughout the building. No RECS were identified in the Phase I. Suspect ACM and LBP were noted throughout the site. LBP and ACM inspections are recommended.
