Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently a vacant lot. Most recent site use was as a Burger King restaurant. A 2015 Phase I revealed historical use as light commercial and a former dry cleaners. The adjacent eastern parcel was also a former dry cleaners and gas station. No dry cleaning solvents or other volatile organic compounds were detected in soil or groundwater above the Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action Default Target Levels.
