Additional Property Attributes

Since at least the 1950s the land was largely undeveloped but associated with an adjoining dairy farm. From the 1950s through the 1960s there was a corral and stored cattle feed. The property is just vacant land now and the current owner plans to sell the property to Roosevelt City to redevelop into a City Park.
