Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently park land. The property is located in a historically developed area of Oklahoma City dating back to the late 1800s. The area has primarily been occupied by oil and gas exploration activities and major rail and transportation routes. The Site is currently part of Bricktown River Walk Park. The City of Oklahoma City Brownfield Program paid for a Phase I and Phase II on this property in March and April 2022.
