Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of two separate parcels. The Stryker Building is a four-story, 37,770-square-foot office building built in 1949/1950. The building sits on approximately 0.5 acres. The Parking Lot is located adjacent to the east of the Site and consists of a paved parking lot and is approximately 0.5 acres in size.
The property is located in a historically developed area of Oklahoma City dating back to the late 1800s. The area has primarily been occupied by oil and gas exploration activities and major rail and transportation routes. The Subject Property is currently occupied by an asphalt parking lot serving area amenities. The Phase I ESA conducted in 1/5/2023 identified no RECs on the building.
