Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was undeveloped grassland / prairie in the first available data (1948 aerial image). The undeveloped use continued until at approximately 1997-2005, when the natural drainage across the Subject Property was initially reconstructed. Between 2008 and 2010, the Subject Property was graded into the configuration seen today, and a storm sewer constructed in place of the reconstructed surface drainage. The grading of the Subject Property essentially leveled the property, removing sloping hills and filling in the surface drainage. It is reported that little to no fill materials from an off site origin were required for the grading of the Subject Property. At the present time, the Subject Property remains vacant.
