Additional Property Attributes

The property's legal description is as follows: Vivian Hansen Subdivision located in the S�N� of Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 20 East, B.H.M., Haakon County, South Dakota, Except Lots Hl and H2 in Vivian Hansen Subdivision as Shown on Plat Cabinet A, Page R275. The city recently acquired this property which is located adjacent to the northern edge of the city limits and includes 10.863 acres. The city is also in the process of annexing the property into the city limits with future plans to develop it into residential housing lots. The City of Philip intends to use this property to further economic development by selling the lots to local businesses and developers. The first step was to assess the property for potential contamination (phase I). No RECs were found and a closure letter issued by SD DANR.
