Additional Property Attributes

The current and historical use of the Property as an automotive repair shop is identified as a recognized environmental condition (REC) due to the potential for soil and/or groundwater contamination resulting from facility operations. Additionally, staining and a floor drain system were observed during the site visit and represent RECs. The floor drain system also represents a vapor encroachment concern (VEC) due to the potential for soil and groundwater contamination resulting from petroleum products and/or hazardous materials being discharged to the floor drains. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is recommended. An asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based Paint (LBP) survey was completed concurrent with the Phase I Assessment. ACMs were identified in the caulking on the interior of two side doors. No LBP was identified.
