Additional Property Attributes

This building was constructed in the early 1800's, and is approximately 18,000 square feet. Past uses include a hotel, apartments, pool hall, and restaurant. The building is currently vacant and in dilapidated condition. It is privately owned. The City of Polo hopes to use the lot as a farmer's market after the building is demolished. A limited survey for asbestos-containing materials (ACM) was previously done and confirmed the presence of ACM. The Phase I ESA also identified suspect ACM and lead-based paint (LBP). No RECs were identified.

The Phase II ESA consisted of an inspection of ACM and LBP and confirmed the presence of both.
