Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, farmland that was never developed, is located at the northeast edge of Harrisburg and has been identified as a future site of light industrial development. This site would help to fill the current demand for light industrial lots in the Harrisburg area. City officials and leaders support this effort. Future development for the property would be an exciting project for Harrisburg. No affected Media were chosen because although an underground petroleum pipeline was found to run through the property, there are no reported spills at the site, so it is unknown if contamination is even present.
