Additional Property Attributes

Historical records show the
property to be developed as a residential dwelling with servant quarters from at least 1911
through 1968. The property was developed with the current buildings in 1968 as the
Warrington Clinic. The building continues to be utilized as a clinic, providing healthcare
to the community at this time. Historical record dating to 1911 show surrounding land use
to be a mix of residential use to the north, east, and south while properties to the west have
been predominantly commercial/industrial use.
